I invite you to enter this sanctuary time by settling down, becoming quiet, and breathing deeply. Remind yourself you are in the Presence of Love. This place you are entering within is your inner Temple, where you are One with God. You may wish to use a mantra, prayer word or prayer phrase, follow the breathing in-and-out, or witness the arising and falling of all around you as the manifestation of universal-Grace. Enjoy these moments of quietly settling and come out when ready.

Unless a kernel of wheat falls to the soil and dies,
it remains only one seed.
But if it dies,
it produces many other seeds.
*John 12.24
This is a universal principle, a natural truth. We are like a seed. The blueprint of the Divine, of Life, is within the embryo of a single seed. That seed-Center pulsates with Sacred Potential, with promise for Becoming, Be-ing. The energy of Transformation of the seed is within the seed. This is true, also, for you and me.
The husk of the seed must be broken. Without this being-broken, the seed-potential cannot be released. With brokenness, water and oxygen infuses the seed-center.
We, too, must be broken. Yet, what is this brokenness? This brokenness has the capability of transforming difficulty into spiritual opportunity, a door to new life, a new beginning.
True brokenness means losing all faith in your own abilities, abandoning all dependence on human resources, and disavowing all outward pretensions of righteousness to cling to the Spirit of God as if to a lifeline. The broken person – the person wholly dependent upon that indwelling life – will find that all of the resources of heaven and all of the Spirit's power are now at his disposal and, unless heaven's riches can be exhausted or the Spirit's power can be found wanting, he cannot come up short.
